Audience Area: The Ogden Amphitheater is an outdoor venue with 273 fixed seats, 15,000 Sq. Ft of sloped grass area (for audiences) and 7,000 Sq. Ft. of cement/paver surface suitable for temporary bleacher seating. Temporary seating is available for the grass area (900 adirondack chairs) and portable bleachers (capacity: 1,500) may be available for the paved areas. (Availability subject to Ogden Raptors scheduled use.)
Stage: Stage dimensions are approximately 35' wide x 30' deep. The front portion of the stage is a concrete floor and is approximately 35' wide and 15' deep. The rear portion of the stage is a composite wood floor approximately 35'wide and 15' deep. A roll-up door that is 38' wide and 20' tall separates the front and back portions of the stage.
Backstage: The backstage area consists of staging areas, three heated rest rooms connected to the dressing rooms, two large dressing rooms, a private dressing room, an office and some minimal storage space. The concession stand is accessed from backstage. Access to the backstage area may be gained through a man door and an 8' wide roll up door.
Equipment, Lighting and Sound: The Amphitheater has a lighting system and a sound system suitable for every need. Electrical includes a 400-Amp board. The facility is equipped with 4 hand held microphones and stands, cordless microphones, cassette tape and CD, top of the line sound and lighting boards, and other amenities. Dish Satellite, DVD, VCR and a rear projection screen are also available.
Access and Parking: Ample parking is available in the following locations. 25th Street (diagonal and parallel street parking) 26th Street and Grant Avenue - Municipal building parking lot General admission access to the facility is from 25th street and from the Municipal Center parking lot. Access to the back stage area can be gained through the rear of the facility from either Grant Avenue or the municipal building parking lot on 26th Street.
